Rawlings speaks at the NAR Annual Conference and Expo in Orlando, Florida, 10th November 2012

Top UK Real Estate Agency Trainer Richard Rawlings spoke at the Annual Conference of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® in Orlando this year.

The NAR is America’s largest trade association, representing over one million estate agency members. Their annual convention is the largest estate agency event on Earth, typically attracting over 25,000 delegates.

Richard’s topic was “Harnessing Yesterday's Difficulties For Tomorrow's Growth” where he investigated the learning derived from tougher times and shares inventive ways of profiting from this. Great material with lots of nuggets that can be put to immediate use which not only motivate but also provide long-term, even career-changing, ways of developing your agency business and securing profitable growth. Strategic and tactical advice suitable for owners, brokers and agents alike.

I have been going into appointments with a massive armoury of counter comments should a 2% fee be challenged. I must say I am very disappointed as so far no one seems to have batted an eye lid at the fee!
