DELIVERY POLICY

Products and services ordered online will be delivered within 28 days of order although in practice orders are often despatched by return, by first class post. We will email you as soon as we have despatched your order.

POSTAGE AND PACKING

P&P costs are always included in our quoted prices. These are specified in respect of any free items where only P&P charges apply. Deliveries to addresses outside mainland UK may incur additional charges, and please contact us about costs to other addresses prior to order.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

Any products that are found to be in less than perfect condition on delivery will be immediately replaced, as long as we are notified within five days of delivery, and the defective item is returned to us within the following ten days. Please contact us on if you are in any way concerned about the condition of the items delivered.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the high intellectual property content of our products, once orders have been despatched, we are not able to offer any refund, although will provide replacements for physically defective items. However, if you make a mistake in your order, or wish to cancel within 12 hours of ordering, then please do let us know and we will refund your money in full.

PRIVACY POLICY

Estate Agency Insight respects your privacy and will not share any of your details with any third party, nor will we retain any transactional financial information provided by you.
