50% Grants Available for Estate Agency Training

A client recently approached me to do some consultancy and vendor-focused training for their agency, claiming that 50% of my fees would be covered by a government-funded training grant.

I had not come across this before but it was simply a case of filling in a few forms with them and hey presto - they received a cheque for half the cost of my services. It was so effective that they repeated the exercise with their buyer-facing agents a few weeks later.

I have now spoken to the body that organises this who has put me in touch with the various agencies around the country who allocate such funding at regional level.
