On a market appraisal, do you...

Before going on a market appraisal, do you ask the vendor where they are thinking of moving to? If they happen to be moving away from the area you can demonstrate extreme helpfulness by printing off market stats about that area and even a list of local agents.

Of course, they probably already have this from the internet, but your demonstrated empathy with them could just tip the balance in your favour on the instruction.
