Be Careful What You Claim!

I thought you just HAD to hear about an ad from Bairstow Eves last week that claims not only to have sold 178% of their stock, but also that they are selling more properties than they have available!

OK, an agent can probably work out what they actually mean, but the public might just think Bairstow's claims are a little ambitious!

So just a word of caution - when publishing anything about yourself, do make sure you sanity check first or you might just trip yourself up. I'm sure advertising standards will have a field day with this.

May you sell your stock before you list it, be paid twice, and win the lottery without even doing it!
