I was sceptical, but since attending your course our fees have doubled from 1% to 2%. Our conversion ratio is now nearly 100% (eight instructions from eight vals this week) so we are thinking of moving this to 2.5% or even 3% as our market share has also increased dramatically and we are now the top agent in town!
