Buyer Representation

Integrating a buyer representation service within your existing estate agency is a new concept and your agents will need to understand various elements of it, have the right approach/attitude and have access to the right dialogues, documents and support material.

My Buyer Representation package provides everything you need to get up and running quickly and many aspects of it can even be implemented during lockdown!

The service includes the following:

Half-day training session: This is usually conducted in-house at your premises, but during the lockdown is offered as an online Zoom meeting at lower cost. This includes 1:1 interaction as if in a seminar/classroom setting, with all participants able to engage. Includes all the skills and approaches and agent needs to offer and deliver a buyer representation service, with all their questions answered in real time.

Dialogues: Pages of conversational prompts, phone scripts, persuasive reasoning and responses to common queries and objections.

Communication Material: A series of prospecting approaches and letters to buyers, sellers and agents across a range of circumstances, as well as fact sheets/Q&A’s for clients, some of which can also be used on your website.

Documentation: Buyer Representation Sole Agency agreement, Authority to Act, persuasive Buyer Offer document, and supporting letters/email content.
